A jar designed to subdue monsters; it will not harm ordinary humans with intact souls.
Hold to aim. When thrown and hitting an obstacle, the Monster Hunting Jar explodes, dealing True Damage equal to a fixed percentage of Maximum Health to all monsters within range. Weaker monsters take more True Damage.

This item can't be listed on the auction house. It's used for crafting, quests or camp construction (see sources below).
